Try on service policy
Please be mindful of sizing during your try on appointment. If we feel a garment may not fit and could potentially be damaged in the process of trying it on, we will be honest about this and ask that you try something else on.
If a garment is damaged during a try on, you will be required to cover the repair costs and if the damage is beyond repair, the full retail cost will be charged to you.
At Dolled Up we have a strict no makeup, no fake tan policy for our try on service.
Appointment times run for a maximum of 15 minutes so we advise coming in with an idea of which dresses you would like to try on.

Postal hires
At Dolled Up we use Australia Post Express Shipping. Expected delivery time frame is between 1-3 days and tracking number will be notified.
Please ensure all delivery details are correct as it will be your responsibility to locate the package, should it be delivered to the wrong address. Failure to provide your correct address and retrieve the lost package will result in being charged the full retail price of the garment.
cleaning & damages
Note that dry-cleaning is included in the price of hiring your garment. Please under no circumstance, attempt to clean, iron or alter the garment yourself.
We do understand that accidents can happen. When they do, please let us know so we can arrange repairs.
Please note that where repairs are necessary, you will be required to cover the costs.
If the garment is damaged beyond repair, then you will be liable to cover the full retail cost of the garment.
Returns Policy
DROP OFFS
If you’re hiring a garment over the weekend, the garment must be returned to the drop off box by Monday 12pm (the following business day). Failure to return a hire on time will result in a $25 per day late fee
POSTAL
It is essential the package is lodged by 12pm the following business day after your hire date with the pre-paid express return packaging provided. Failure to lodge a return on time will incur a $25 per day late fee. It is essential the garment is placed in the yellow postal bins or handed into an Australian post office and you receive a receipt with the time and tracking number on it. Do not under any circumstance put your hire into the red postal bins on the side of the road- this means we cannot track the package and it won’t be returned on time, ready for the next client. This can incur a $25 per day late fee. If the package is lost in the mail and there is no tracking number provided, you will be liable to cover the full retail cost of the garment.
refund policy
Please ensure you inspect the garment thoroughly on pick up and if you notice any faults or damage, please alert us within 2 hours of receiving the hire.
If Dolled Up considers the garment to be faulty or damaged, an exchange or refund may take place on return of the dress.
At Dolled Up we have a no refund policy for change-of-mind, so please ensure you’re happy with the dress before agreeing to hire it.
Please be mindful that once you pay for your hire, the garment will become unavailable to other prospective clients- this means we will not honour a refund for cancelled events, sickness or if the garment doesn’t fit properly
